The Role

Joining this market leading and Internationally renowned mechanical engineering, HVAC and mechanical building services company, as the Regional Sales Project Manager for the area listed above, you will play a vital role ensuring the successful winning and subsequent delivery of projects in the construction industry.


Using your proven ability in a technical sales, business development or similar "commercially driven" role, you will work with architects, specifiers, design consultants and similar professionals to understand the mechanical building services solutions required for each individual project. You will then liaise with your in-house technical engineering and structural design teams to devise and then present the perfect solution; project managing the process until full site installation.


Candidate Requirements

Essentially we are looking to see people who have experience in a similar role to that explained above. You will have strong commercial acumen, be a "go getter" and someone who is proactive and can listen, understand and then deliver the right design for the client's specification.


Living within circa 1hr 30mins of North London, you will have a full UK Drivers Licence and ideally have either a qualification in mechanical engineering or at the very least a good general understanding of mechanical engineering principles. Based at this globally renowned engineering manufacturer's regional manufacturers headquarters near Nottingham and Derby, you will join the Technical Build, Engineering and Development Team working to build controls, electrical assemblies, applications and control systems for special purpose machinery, machine tools and water control systems used across the UK.


Using your proven background as an electrical assembly engineer, applications engineer, electrical controls engineer, panel wiring engineer, project engineer or similar skilled electrical technician, you will play a vital role in this technical team. Your duties will be varied and very interesting whereby you will be working with relevant CAD packages, technical drawings and bespoke tooling to build sophisticated electrical control systems. Along with assembly, build and installation duties, you will also be involved with testing, fault-finding and repairing electrical circuitry systems being used on special purpose machinery.


Candidate Requirements

Essentially you will be a qualified and experienced electrical / electronic engineer who has come from a panel wiring, panel building or controls background.
